Shipping policy

Processing time: orders ship within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Where we ship: United States only. Orders ship from New York. We do not offer international shipping or local delivery.

Shipping rates: shipping is paid by the customer and calculated at checkout by the available carrier services, based on the destination, shipment weight, package dimensions and selected service. The shipping charge is shown before payment. Free shipping is not offered, including on bundles and orders of $150 or more.

Delivery estimates: available services and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Transit time is in addition to our processing time.

Tracking: we email a tracking number when your order ships.

Delays: if we cannot ship within the time stated, we will email you and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Sales tax: collected where required.
