Return policy

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with the original tags attached.

Refund: approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. If you prefer, you can take store credit instead, with a 10% bonus.

Return shipping: the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Fees: there is no restocking fee.

Final sale: items in bundles (3-pack or 5-pack) and items marked Final sale cannot be returned or refunded. Other sale-priced items follow this policy.

Proof of purchase: please send your order number or the email used at checkout.

After 14 days from delivery we cannot accept returns.

How to start a return: email support@vindafarna.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
